Manchester City news: Pep Guardiola sends chilling warning – We can get even better

PEP GUARDIOLA has sent a chilling warning to Manchester City’s Premier League title rivals by claiming: “We can get even better.”

All-conquering City take on Tottenham tomorrow looking to extend their record-breaking winning run to 16 matches.
They hold an 11-point lead at the top and if they maintain their current blistering form are set to set a new points and goals record by the end of the season.
But perfectionist Guardiola reckons there is still room for improvement.
“I have the feeling we can do better,” said Guardiola. “Much, much better, and that’s what we will try to do.”
But the City boss has once again ruled out any chance of his team emulating the Arsenal “Invincibles” of 2003-04 by going through an entire league campaign without losing.
“That’s not going to happen,” said Guardiola. “That [record] belongs to Arsene Wenger and his amazing Arsenal team of 2003-04. That [going the whole season unbeaten] is going to happen.
